Experience:
After graduated from Vietnam Tourism College in 1992 in Hanoi, Hai commenced his career at Sun Flower Hotel as an executive chef. With all devotion and passion for culinary industry, Hai then went forward to Ho Chi Minh city, a commercial center of Vietnam to growth his career. At this new challenge, he has been successful in Parkland Luxury Residence, Sedona Town Club, Sofitel Plaza Saigon & Saigon Domain as a Sous Chef/ Executive Chef.
With 15 years of culinary experience in leading hotels, Hai joined Unilever Foodsolutions Vietnam as an Executive Chef in May 2006.
