Jaturon Sunyapong - Executive Chef

I started my culinary career as a part-time cook in Tad'd Steak House Downtown Chicago USA in 1973. After two years I joined World Wide Catering, an Italian caterer and restaurant, as a cook and worked my way up to become a restaurant chef. In 1979, I joined The Pinnacle Revolving Restaurant at Holiday Inn Lakeshore Drive Hotel Chicago as head cook and in 1982, moved on to become the sous chef at Holiday Inn Oakland Airport in Oakland, California. In 1983, I was transferred to Holiday Inn Golden Gateway, San Francisco to work as a sous chef, where I received the best employee award in 1985. I returned to Thailand in 1986 and worked as the executive sous chef at The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok, and was promoted to executive chef in 1989. In 1993, I became the first Caterplan chef in Thailand, and was supervised and trained by Chef Kurt Pozzato. Since 2000, I have been the ICA development chef.

Hobbies: Holidays and cooking for friends, golfing and fishing.

Jiraroj Navanukroh - Foodsolution Sous Chef

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in kitchen and restaurant management from Dusit Thani College in Thailand, Navanukroh worked as a food specialist at food company in Thailand before moving to Australia. He spent two years Down Under, completing a Diploma de Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia. Navanukroh's work experience also includes time at Mercure Hotel St Leonards and Trippass White Catering. He enjoys creating desserts most, especially with chocolate.

Vinatsareen Worrawuth - Foodsolution Thai Chef

Worrawuth graduated from the Faculty of Science Rajaphat Institute Suan Dusit (GAAN RUAN), majoring is Home Economics. Worrawuth worked in Thai Kitchen in a five-star hotel (Thailand) for the IHG Group. Listing travelling around Thailand and testing food as his favourite hobbies, he also likes to experience the culture of Thailand.
