600 gm of Batter Mix + 500 ml of chilled water = sufficient Batter for marinating 10 KG of chicken,

Ingredients

Maize starch, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate, refined salt, spices, garlic powder, vegetable gum, and sodium bicarbonate.
