1.5 litre chilled water + 300 gm marination powder + 10 kg chicken, mix for 15 mins and then leave for 4 hours. After that coat the chicken pieces with flour, dip in chilled water for 3 secs, and then do another coat with flour, then deep fry it in 170-180 C hot oil , deep fry [ for big piece 13 mins, or small piece 7-8 mins]
