Properties

Has a marinade mix which is used for marinating, coating mix flour is used for coating and deep frying

Preparation

1.5 litre chilled water + 300 gm marination powder + 10 kg chicken, mix for 15 mins and then leave for 4 hours. After that coat the chicken pieces with flour, dip in chilled water for 3 secs, and then do another coat with flour, then deep fry it in 170-180 C hot oil , deep fry [ for big piece 13 mins, or small piece 7-8 mins]

Ingredients

wheat flour, maize starch, modified food starch, refined salt, sodium bicarbonate, monosodium glutamate, sodium acid phosphate, di-calcium phosphate, garlic powder, onion powder and spices (white pepper powder).

Productiveness

300g/10kg meat

Tips

to keep the fried chicken crispy for long time , keep every piece on rack with little distance from each other, add crushed chilli in marinade to make your chicken more spicy
