Preparation

Dissolve 40 gms of Demi-Glace powder into 1 litre of water and then heat the mixture till it boils (preferably 8 mins). Take it off the stove and cool it. The sauce is now ready to be used as a base for all steak sauces.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, maltodextrin, maize starch, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, hydrogenated vegetable fat, caramel powder, yeast extract powder, chicken base, processed chicken meat, artificial flavours, garlic powder, fenugreek powder, and white peppep powder.
