Hellmann’s real aïoli is made from an authentic recipe using the freshest of ingredients like egg yolks, mustard oil, canola oil, lemon juice and garlic. Hellmann’s real aïoli contains no thickening starches or gum, and delivers outstanding and consistent quality throughout. It’s a source of omega-3, and with a canola oil content of over 70 percent, it is high in mono-unsaturated fats. This delicious and cost-effective alternative to scratch made aïoli has a seven months shelf life and is available in 2.35 kilogrammes / 2.55 litres pack that serves approximately 117 portions.
