Experience: Chef Cheong has 15 years of experience in Chinese kitchens who specialized in traditional Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. With the fast pacing of modern Chinese dining nowadays, he well equipped himself with creative interpretation of traditional dishes and contemporary dining trends. Before joining the organisation, he was the Executive Chinese Chef in an infamous 5-Star hotel in Selangor. He now develops new recipes and assisting in the growth of Chinese segment.
Interest: Chef Cheong enjoys reading especially recipe books and magazines.
