Partogi Samosir

Executive Chef

Partogi graduated from Bandung Institute of Tourism (Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bandung) and having been in the food production for the past 16 year in catering business. Specialized in Western, Japanese and Indonesian Food.

Partogi joined the team in July 2004, after his 7-year of lecturing at his alma mater, the prestigious state-owned Bandung Institute of Tourism (Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung).

Sponsored by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Partogi studied Traditional Japanese Cuisine at the Kitagawa International Specialty School (KISS) Takamatsu, Japan in 2000-2001.

Partogi spent 2 years in Freeport-McMoRan where he became the Chief Cook for club houses in Tembagapura (Papua) and in Cairns (Australia).

Enjoy cooking and eating very much. Travelling and reading books are other things to do.

Bambang Susanto

Experience:
Bambang graduated from a Food and Hotel school in Bandung, West Java before commencing his career with Jakarta Hilton International. He worked in a Cruise Line, then on Hoegh Gandria Tanker Ship and later Swissbell Hotel Group before joining the organisation in July 1997.

Endro Yuwono

Trainer / Chef

Experience:
Having graduated from Food & Hotel School in Bandung, Endro's career commenced in Orchard Parade Hotel Singapore, before moving to Australia. He then joined restaurants and cafes in Indonesia before he began his career with the organisation in 1999 as a Sales Executive. In January 2004, he was promoted to become a Trainer / Chef at the organisation.

Puri Danandari

Area Sales Chef

Puri graduated from Bandung Institute of Tourism (Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung) and has been in the food production for the past 5 year in restaurant business.

Puri joined the team in January 2005, after her 3-years of lecturing at Sahid Institute of Tourism and Jakarta Culinaire Centre in Jakarta as Food and Pastry Instructor. Puri also spent 2 years as an F&B consultant in which she deal with restaurant concept and management. Spent 2 years working in pastry division also made her learnt lots of things about pastry.

Cooking, eating, driving, travelling, making poems and reading are her favourite things to do.
