Widhi Joestiarto

Executive Chef

Experience
Possessing more than 15 years of culinary experience,Widhi has been an Executive Chef since January 2006.He has worked in various country - beginning with his position as a cook at Apollo Hotel Singapore then became Commis I at Dai-Ichi,5-Star Hotel,in Jakarta. He was also Chef de Partie at Movenpick Autobahn Restaurant in Switzerland.
To enrich his culinary experience,He went on to New York and worked as Cook at Celebrity Cruise, NV Zenith and Chef de Cuisine at TJ Keane’s Restaurant in Manhattan.When he returned back to Indonesia, his career rose up from Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef then finally became an Executive Chef at Park Lane Hotel in Jakarta. He has participated in numerous culinary competitions locally - among others were 7 Times Winner of ALLIEZ CUISINE. He is also the Chairman of Tourism Hotel Training Center Senate Bandung and an active member of Association Culinary Professional Jakarta.The varied work experiences have moulded him into the chef that he is today, an Executive Chef in Unilever Foodsoluitons Indonesia.

Aldhi Adhena

Application Chef

Experience
Having graduated form Hotel Management School in Bandung, West Java, in 2001 Aldhi join with Sheraton Bandara Jakarta, then in 2002 He moved to Kos Fraiche Singapore.After his contract finished, He moved to Grand Candi Hotel Semarang, Central Java in 2003. In 2004, Aldhi joined with De Vere The Belfry Hotel United Kingdom as a Demi Chef de Partie for French Fine Dinning Restaurant. His career kept shining when he became an Executive chef at Lokananta Terrace Resto Jakarta in years 2006. Currently, Aldhi works for Unilever Foodsolutions Indonesia. Before He started in his new position as Application Chef, Aldhi has appointed as Area Sales Chef for West Region.

Hari Afriyadi

Area Sales Chef

Experience
Graduated in 2000 from Tourism Institute of Trisakti Jakarta - Hotel Management, Hari commenced his career at Horison Ancol and Gran Melia Hotel as Banquet service.He was trained at Ayer Resort Hotel and also trained as Supervised Kitchen in Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers.After one year training, then He became a senior cook at La Fontaine Restaurant in 2001, moved on to Gandaria Steak and Le Royale Meridien Hotel Abu Dhabi UAE as Chef de Partie and at KlayVietnamese Bistro as sous Chef. Hari then went forward to US Embassy work at American Snack Bar as Executive Sous Chef. With 11 years of culinary experience in Hotel & Restaurant, Hari joined Unilever Foodsolutions Indonesia as an Area Sales Chef in March 2008

David Christanto

Area Sales Chef

Experience
Graduated in 2001 from Tourism Academy “AMPTA “Jogjakarta.He began his career first in two different restaurant at Bu Tjitro Restaurant Jogjakarta & Jakarta and The Gate Restaurant Jakarta as the First Cook, He spent two years there. Next, even still deal with restaurant but he started to have new position as Chef de Partie at Mad Dog’s Restaurant in January 2004.With the same position, David also has experienced at PT. Manchester United Food and Beverage (Café’ and Bar) for two years. At the quarter of years 2007, David moved to Sun City Hotel and Club Jakarta and worked as Sous Chef there. Chef David is currently Area Sales Chef for Jabodetabek at Unilever FoodSolutions Indonesia.

David loves cooking and reading very much.Traveling, Music, and Watching Movies are other things to do.

Aryo Priambodo

Area Sales Chef

Aryo graduated from National Hotel and Tourism Institute Bandung - Food Production Management.He started his career at Hyatt Aryaduta Hotel Jakarta on February 2001for five months. In January 2002 he moved to Sapu Lidi Café and Pub Bandung then after 7 months Aryo joined with Flanagans Irish Pub and Restaurant, Sari pan Pacific Hotel Jakarta.With all devotion and passion for culinary industry, Aryo then went forward to USA and worked in Sylvan Lake Resort, Custer State Park, South Dakota for 6 months. Still in the same country, He spent his time for two years in Harbour Ridge Golf & Country Club Palm City Florida to experience new thing. On June 2005, Aryo returned back to Indonesia and worked at The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta. Today, Aryo is the Area Sales Chef for Surabaya region in Unilever Foodsolutions Indonesia.

Aryo enjoys sport like tennis and reading a book which can drive him to always in spirit.

Gun-Gun Chandra Handayana, Amd Par

Gun-Gun graduated from National Hotel and Tourism Institute majoring in Food Production Management.He has been working for 2 yearsin hotels of Dubai, UAE. Worked on much different section in Food Production Department has made him knowledgeable & skillful with many other cusine beside Indonesian cuisine like in European,Chinese and Thai cuisine. HIs career rose up since he became a Head Chef of Food Production at Nutrition Clinic Institution in Immanuel Hospital Bandung for almost three years.
At present, He is working in Unilever Food Solution as a Key Account Chef for Key Account Customer such as (International Chain Account (YUMS Group), Local Chain Account, Modern Trade and Contract Caterer) since September 11th 2006.

Robie Robiansyah

Robie's culinary experience was involved in Hotel,Restaurant,Catering and also in a company.Having trained at Benakutai Hotel Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Robie began his career as Cook at Medso Terrace and Resto Bandung before joining Akasya Catering as Cook Supervisor.He has experienced in two different cafe. At Chill Out Pool tables and Cafe,he was being a Second Chef and a Head Chef at Lemon Tree Cafe and Dinning Terrace.Then he also Chef Leader at Uma Bale Resto in Bandung. Willing to have new experience in other culinary industry, he then moved to Ardjuna Hotel as Demi Chef at Garde Manger.With three years experience, he then appointed as an Executive Chef and also Hospitality Consultant at PT. Graha Wisata Kencana in Bandung. Today, Robie is working in Unilever Foodsolutions Indonesia as Area Sales Chef for west region.
