Experience Possessing more than 15 years of culinary experience,Widhi has been an Executive Chef since January 2006.He has worked in various country - beginning with his position as a cook at Apollo Hotel Singapore then became Commis I at Dai-Ichi,5-Star Hotel,in Jakarta. He was also Chef de Partie at Movenpick Autobahn Restaurant in Switzerland. To enrich his culinary experience,He went on to New York and worked as Cook at Celebrity Cruise, NV Zenith and Chef de Cuisine at TJ Keane’s Restaurant in Manhattan.When he returned back to Indonesia, his career rose up from Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef then finally became an Executive Chef at Park Lane Hotel in Jakarta. He has participated in numerous culinary competitions locally - among others were 7 Times Winner of ALLIEZ CUISINE. He is also the Chairman of Tourism Hotel Training Center Senate Bandung and an active member of Association Culinary Professional Jakarta.The varied work experiences have moulded him into the chef that he is today, an Executive Chef in Unilever Foodsoluitons Indonesia.
