Experience
Sudhir is a catering college graduate alumni of the renowned Dadar Catering College (IHMCTAN) in Mumbai. He graduated from IHMCTAN Mumbai in the year 1984.
Since then, Chef Pai has gained varied experiences of working in 5 Star hotels, Flight kitchens, Cruise lines and Business hotels for more than two decades.
He has served in various capacities in the kitchen at the Oberoi’s, Leela Hotels, Orchid Group, Sarovar Plaza in India. He has also got overseas experience in the Middle East and Cruise lines in USA .His favorite area in the kitchen is the Gardemanger. He likes to cook and rejuvenate the forgotten ethnic dishes from the rich treasure chest of Indian cuisine.
His role in the organization is to effectively communicate the technical and qualitative benefits of UFS products through intensive Training, Demonstrations, Public relations and involvement in product development. He strives to develop more local dishes to meet customer needs. He is also an active member of ‘WICA’ The Western India Chef’s Association.

Interest
Sudhir enjoys creating and experimenting with new recipes .He likes traveling looking for new culinary experiences and ideas. He likes cooking, exploring new cuisines, new dishes, new styles of presentations, entertaining, listening to music and gardening.
