Billy Yeung Executive Chef Possessing more than 36 years of culinary experience, Billy has been an Executive Chef since 1987. He has served in various 5-star hotels in Hong Kong and China, and as a member of the Hong Kong Chefs' Association, he has been the key trainer for one of the Kitchen and Steward Management Courses of Holiday Inn University of China. He specializes in Asian, Western and Chinese cuisine - and is skillful in butter and ice carvings, and in food presentation and displays. His role in the organization is to effectively communicate the technical and qualitative benefits of UFS products through intensive training, demonstrations, public relations and involvement in product development. He strives to develop more local dishes to meet customer needs.
