Nigel has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry before joining the organisation as HORECA Sales Director in China. He had spent 13 years as a Chef in the UK Royal Air Force, and another 8 years in sales - acquiring experience also in sales and training management.

Interests
A foodie by nature, one of Nigel's main interests involves tasting new regional cuisines and sampling good beer and wine as complements. He has no particular favourites, but being in China offers plenty of new experiences for him. Nigel also enjoys most sports including golf.
